Two Zappshelters for Forza Doors

Forza Doors in Horsham came to Zappshelter looking for ways to increase their material storage capacity, initially with a view to overcoming supply issues with Brexit, but also enabling them to hold more stock to keep up with increasing demand for their high quality joinery products.

Their first Zappshelter was so successful that they came back for a second. For the second one, we designed and installed a bespoke sliding curtain front.

No Ground Fixings!

A key issue that Forza Doors had, is that a regional gas main runs under their site so construction of a conventional building with foundations was not an option. The Zappshelter has been installed without a single ground fixing.

Unlike conventional steel buildings, Zappshelters can be easily relocated, and Forza are about to do this shortly. Discussions are also being had about a third Zappshelter on site.
