How do I repair a Zappshelter if it gets damaged?

Accidents do happen!

The Taurinox® fabric membrane cover can be repaired depending on the size or extent of the damage. The specially designed cross-woven rip-stop system will help prevent the damage from getting any worse.

The framework is made up of various components which can be easily replaced in situ – depending on what the damage or part is. If you have had any damage occur, you must report this to our team of Sheltologists® within 3 days of it first happening, as this could invalidate your warranty.
